Our Director and team in Haiti have such a heart to give the students in our care the best as we stay prayerful and open to how God would have us love them the way God would, as our Heavenly Father. This summer we enjoyed getting to treat our children to a rare treat, a united beach day out and a day to enjoy (this serves their parents/relatives (some children have been tragically orphaned) also since they get a much-deserved and needed rest!). While urban conveniences like technology are not common in the north where we are, we pray in the future we get more connection to be able to bring in what empowers our children's education and experiences in school. They're already showing such hunger to learn and grow both in education and spiritually, such as one young man asking how he can start to preach the Gospel to others!
In the creative and entrepreneurial spirit God has called us to, we dream of, and can use your prayers for, in the future, hosting a practical and economic skills camp before the students come back to school. This is aimed to empower them with practical business knowledge and skills, equipping them with the rare-but-needed acumen to foster and create wealth. Our faith is full this will produce effective changes long-term since we know their work ethic is ready and their character is being forged in the sacred environment of a Christian education with compassionate instructors and administrators. So we invite you to rejoice with us in knowing God is truly doing a work of strength in Haiti for His precious children!
Having had a wonderful and very fruitful mission trip to El Salvador this July 2025, please continue to pray for the safety of Togo and Haiti as we'd love to open up these mission trips once more, especially for those (of us) who may sponsor a child there, since the joy of meeting a child face-to-face, sharing a gift or a hug, is simply priceless. We're praying for all our sponsors, partners, and everyone who's connected with the heart of the ministry God's entrusted to us; thank you for all you've done and do!
We believe that despite real obstacles or delays, God's best is yet to come, and we're preparing for it
