Tori Knight - Long Term Missionary to El Salvador
I am excited to share the news of my upcoming mission journey to San Salvador, El Salvador in partnership with Mentor Leaders. I will be embarking on a year-long mission in El Salvador beginning in July of this year. I will be enrolled in 6 months of language training in the city of San Salvador with anticipation to move to the village of El Monzon in the new year. As I am preparing for this mission, I am reminded of Jesus’ words in Matthew 28:19-20 where He commissions us to go and make disciples of all nations. This is the heartbeat of my mission, to share the hope and salvation found only in Christ.
During my 6-month training in San Salvador I will be attending an intensive language school where I will learn Spanish and the local culture of El Salvador. I will be partnering with a local church in the city as my home church and I will be receiving missions training through the Mentor Leaders organization. Upon completion of language training I will move to the village of El Monzon that is located outside of Sonsonate, El Salvador. There, I will be working in the Mentor Leaders Academy.
